Joint Planning Commission Public Meeting The Planning Commissions of Hanover Borough and Penn Township will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 7 p.m. to hear public comments on the draft Joint Comprehensive Plan. The meeting will be held at the Bare Center at the Guthrie Memorial Library, 2 Library Place, Hanover. Light refreshments will be served.
